Capilano is the neighbourhood on our sign. If you're anywhere between 106 Ave and the river valley, you're a few minutes from the kitchen.
Capilano is where Jomaa's has its roots — the 1950s streets overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley, directly across the water from Highlands. Orders heading north of 106 Ave toward Capilano Park are some of the shortest runs we do, so the box that lands on your porch has barely had time to think about cooling down.
We're regulars' territory here: hockey nights at the Capilano Community League rink on 54 Street, picnic pickups headed for the park's shelters by the boat launch — one of only two public launches in the city — and big Friday family orders coming back from SmartCentres Edmonton East (most of us still call it Capilano Mall).
